Creating a safe & enjoyable environment for thousands of families takes many busy hands and smiling faces. Each member of our farm team has an important role to play.

Field Hand

A Field Hand is primarily responsible for weeding and harvesting a variety of crops. These crops include potatoes, onions, melons, tomatoes, peaches, and squashes that will feed local families in need at the food banks. Applicants should be willing to listen and learn, be self-motivated, enjoy physical work and the outdoors.

The starting wage is $15 per hour. This seasonal position is 30 hours per week beginning immediately through the end of October. Shifts are 8:00am-2:00pm Monday through Friday.

Cashiers

Cashiers are primarily responsible for serving customers quickly and kindly; keeping sales areas clean, organized, and stocked; moving & repairing pumpkin displays; and answering questions about the farm. Applicants should be sociable, comfortable using technology, and willing to do physical work. Cashiers will be trained to rotate through 3 different stations: pumpkin patch, farm store concessions, and admission booth.

The starting wage for team members is $13 per hour. This can be a part-time OR full-time position that begins early September and ends early November. Shifts are split into morning shifts (8:00 am to 4:00 pm) and evening shifts (3:30 pm to 9:30 pm) from Monday through Saturday.

Ride Attendants

Ride attendants are primarily responsible for operating carnival rides with vigilance; communicating safety rules effectively; serving customers quickly and kindly; and answering questions about the farm. Applicants should be attentive and focused; comfortable learning about equipment and machinery; and willing to do physical work. Attendants will be trained to rotate through 10 different rides (see our full list of attractions here).

The starting wage for team members is $13 per hour. This can be a part-time OR full-time position that begins early September and ends early November. Shifts are split into morning shifts (8:00 am to 4:00 pm) and evening shifts (3:30 pm to 9:30 pm) from Monday through Saturday.

First Aid Technician

First aid technicians are primarily responsible for attending to injured guests, calling in appropriate emergency providers in severe cases, maintaining medical equipment, and answering basic questions about the farm (ex. pointing out the restrooms). Applicants should be attentive and focused; comfortable in high-stress situations, and willing to do physical work.

The starting wage for certified EMTs is $18.00 per hour, and for certified paramedics is $20.00 per hour. This is a part-time seasonal position that begins late September and ends early November. Shifts are available 4-8pm Monday through Friday, and on Saturday from 10am-3pm and from 2:30-8:30 pm.
