- We review and accept vendors who are a good fit for the atmosphere and offer variety for our customers.
- Accepted vendors receive an invoice by email with their selected dates.
- When the invoice is paid in full, the vendor’s spots will be officially reserved.

Vendor Fees
BOOTHS
- Mon - Thurs (800-1200 people) $50 per day
- Friday (1500-2400 people) $75 per day
- Saturday (3000-5000 people) $125 per day
- FULL SEASON (all 38 days with 25% discount) $1950
TRUCKS/TRAILERS
- Mon - Thurs (800-1200 people) $70 per day
- Friday (1500-2400 people) $110 per day
- Saturday (3000-5000 people) $150 per day
- FULL SEASON (all 38 days with 25% discount) $2625

Booth Details
- One booth is a 10ft x 10ft space. The most any one applicant can have is 2 booths. Each booth spot includes one outlet of electricity.
- One truck/trailer spot is 10ft x 30 ft long. Trucks must provide their own power (generator)
- Vendors can sell during our normal operating hours: MON-WED from 3-7:30pm and THU-SAT 10am-7:30pm. Vendors are responsible to update their selling times on our google calendar (invites will be sent)

Payment
- A vendor's spot is NOT officially reserved until payment is made.
- We can arrange payment plans if the total amount is $500 or more.
- Vendors fees are non-refundable and go towards infrastructure and utilities to improve the customer experience at the venue. We provide all customer seating and trash cans. Both parties assume the risk that inclement weather can shut down operations with no financial recourse. If possible, we will try to switch the bad weather date for another open date.

This year, we are using a software called Marketspread to make it easier for you to select/change/add dates, pay to reserve your dates, and see your assigned spots on the map anytime.
